Oh, Ortensia. Who cares if some people are not even sure that you ever had a name during your prime, or that you didn't have a single line in Epic Mickey. I love you anyway, girlfriend. I'm not sure why, but I love minor characters. There'll always be that one-liner extra or background character in a work of fiction that I totally fall in love with.
Anyway, the story behind this starts with this video. If you haven't seen it before, I highly suggest watching it. It's chop full of Christmas magic, family love and sweetness.
Of course my mom saw it. After watching it, she came to me: "I can make you an Ortensia."
Three hours of work, and here she is! And I love her more and more every minute. <3
Now you may notice that she's missing her hat and stuff. She's not 100% complete yet (my mom's got a cold now). But my mom did approve her for snuggles/sleeping with/photos/fun.
Needless to say, she and my Oswald plush have been inseparable.
I'll probably update this with pictures when she's done-done-done.
... At least she had a bigger role in the comics. I loved her in the comics.
